What does a Boboli by Me kit include?

All Boboli by Me kits include step-by-step instructions for successfully completing your project. In the knitting kits, we include the yarn, knitting needles, the finishing needle, and markers if needed. We also include a Boboli by Me label in case you want to personalize your project. In the sewing kits, we include the fabric, the pattern, and the accessories to make your project. Above all, we take great care to ensure that you have everything you need and feel that we are with you throughout the process.

Shipping and returns

We send your order within 1 to 3 working days in Spain and between 2 and 4 working days in the rest of the European countries. Shipping costs are free for orders over 60 euros. For orders of a lower amount, the shipping cost is 2.90 €. You can return your order as long as it has not been used and contains all the items of the kit inside. You must request the return through the online store and once approved, the amount of your kit will be refunded in the same way you made the payment for the order, once we verify the status of your order at our facilities. The return process for an order takes approximately 7 working days from the pickup date. Depending on the payment method and the bank, the timeframes for seeing the refund may vary. If it does not appear on your bank statement, we recommend that you contact your bank. Remember that if you made the purchase with a credit card, the refund may not appear on your statement until the end of the month, but it will have been added to the credit of the same.
