If you have thought it through and you do not like your kit, as long as the items in your kit are intact, you can return it within 30 days.

Please note that in the case of purchasing a digital sewing pattern in PDF, changes or returns will not be accepted once the payment for this item has been accepted.

HOW SHOULD I MAKE A RETURN?

You just need to call us or send a WhatsApp from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:30 h (GMT+1) to the contact phone +34 937 589 909 or send us an email with the order number to somos@bobolibyme.com. We will proceed to make a request to the carrier to pick up your order. In this case, the costs associated with the transport of your return are free.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

The products to be returned must be in perfect condition and with their original tags and packaging, as long as they have not been used or started.

Kits must be returned with all initial elements, including the pattern, guides, fabrics, needles, yarns, and any other element contained in the kit to be returned. In no case will partial returns be accepted.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will not be refunded; only those kits that we receive in our warehouse will be refunded, which must be in perfect condition and with their original label.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN?

When making the return, once approved, the amount of the returned items will be refunded in the same way you made the payment for the order. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN?

When processing the return through the online store, once approved, the amount of your kit will be refunded in the same way you made the payment for the order. The return process for an order takes approximately 7 working days from the pickup date. Depending on the payment method and the bank, the timeframes for seeing the refund may vary. If it does not appear on your bank statement, we recommend that you contact your bank.

Remember that if you made the purchase with a credit card, the refund may not appear on your statement until the end of the month, but it will have been added to the credit. Likewise, if the payment was made through PayPal, you can check more details from their website.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN IS INCORRECT?

You must contact our Customer Service Department via email at somos@bobolibyme.com to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

WITHDRAWAL FORM

In accordance with current legal regulations, the user has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. BOBOLI S.A. offers the user a withdrawal period longer than the legal one, consisting of 30 days.

However, the user cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products that do not allow returns in accordance with article 103 e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consumers and Users Law.
