We explain the entire shipping process.

Where are shipments made?

SPAIN: We ship orders to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).

PORTUGAL: We ship orders to Portugal (except Madeira and the Azores)

FRANCE: We ship orders to France except (except Corsica, Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Mayotte, and Saint Martin)

ITALY: We ship orders to all of Italy.

BELGIUM: We ship orders to all of Belgium.

IRELAND: We ship orders to all of Ireland.

GERMANY: We ship orders to all of Germany.

AUSTRIA: We ship orders to all of Austria.

NETHERLANDS: We ship orders to all of the Netherlands.

Home delivery

The transport company will deliver the package to your home or to the address you specify. The transport company will make several delivery attempts, usually on weekdays up to 2 consecutive attempts.

If the carrier still cannot locate you at the delivery address, they will leave the package at a transport company office (GLS access point in SPAIN and PORTUGAL and UPS access point in the rest of the countries) so you can pick it up within the next 15 days.

Order tracking

When your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

The logistics company will not contact you by phone to notify you before delivery. The package may be delivered by another logistics company on the second delivery attempt or at a delivery point after a failed delivery attempt. Please note that this may occur without prior notice.

Delivery times

Delivery times to your home vary between 1 and 3 business days from the order date in SPAIN and PORTUGAL and from 2 to 6 business days from the order date in the rest of the countries.

During promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.

If 10 days have passed since you received your order confirmation and you still have not received your order, contact us at somos@bobolibyme.com.

Shipping costs

- Shipping costs are free for purchases over 60.00 €.

- For purchases below this amount, the shipping costs are 2.90 €

- If a free shipping promotion is active, it cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

I received an item I did not order

Check that the kit you received is different from the one confirmed in your order and send us an email at somos@bobolibyme.com to manage the incident.
