All kits include super careful and simple instructions so you can complete your project. The sewing kits include the fabric and thread you will need to make your garment along with a Boboli by Me label and the specific supplies for each kit. We recommend using a sewing machine, scissors, and pins. Additionally, in each kit we detail those materials that will make your life easier. Each kit includes the pattern in actual size printed in A0 size. Of course, each pattern comes with the A0 sheets required for your model.

All Boboli by Me kits include step-by-step instructions for successfully completing your project. In the knitting kits, we include the yarn, knitting needles, the needle for finishing the project, and markers if needed. We also include a Boboli by Me label in case you want to personalize your project.

It is important that before cutting your pattern or choosing the size for your knitting project, you take measurements and check them with our size guide. All patterns have a size relationship and you do not need to choose your size at the time of purchase.

Of course, we are Beginner friendly! We have crafted the patterns and guides with great care so that they can be easy to understand. Our kits have different levels of difficulty, so if you have no prior experience, we recommend starting with level 1 beginner and choosing kits of higher levels as you learn. Kits for beginners

Yes! The seam allowance is included in our patterns. It is usually 1 centimeter, but when the seam is a French seam, the seam allowance we count is 1.5 (0.7 per fold, approximately).

Currently, we have the following payment methods available:

• Paypal.
• Google Pay.
• Apple Pay.

It is not possible to make changes to an order once it is completed, and items cannot be added to an already completed order because payment must be made through our platform.
For any inconvenience, you can send your inquiry via email to somos@bobolibyme.com indicating your order details to our Customer Service. As soon as possible, we will contact you with the resolution.

For operational reasons, Boboli by Me does not accept order cancellations. If you still wish to cancel an order, you must proceed to make your return by informing somos@bobolibyme.com.

Yes, it is possible to return or exchange a sewing or knitting kit as long as it has not been started to use and with all the elements of the kit inside. Find more information in the returns section.

If you have thought it through and do not like your kit, as long as the items in your kit are intact, you can return it within 30 days. To do this, you just need to call us at the contact phone number from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:30 h (GMT+1) or send us an email with the order number at somos@bobolibyme.com. We will proceed to make a request to the carrier to pick up your order. In this case, the costs associated with the transport of your return are free.

Shipping costs will not be refunded; only those kits that we receive in our warehouse will be credited, which must be in perfect condition and with their original label.

When processing the return through the online store, once approved, the amount of your kit will be refunded in the same way you made the payment for the order. The return process for an order takes approximately 7 business days from the pickup date. Depending on the payment method and the bank, the timeframes for seeing the refund may vary. If it does not appear on your bank statement, we recommend that you contact your bank. Remember that if you made the purchase with a credit card, the refund may not appear on your statement until the end of the month, but it will have been added to the credit. Likewise, if the payment was made through PayPal, you can check more details from their website.

With the Boboli by Me Gift Card, you just have to choose the amount you want to give. We offer several options to suit your needs.

1. You can add the recipient's name, their email address, and a special message to make it more personal.
2. You can schedule the delivery of the email. Instantly or on a specific date.
3. Digital delivery: The gift card will be sent by email to the recipient with your personalized message and a unique code.
4. The code can be used in our online store Boboli by Me to purchase the products you like the most. Under no circumstances can it be exchanged for cash. This item also does not accept any type of promotion when purchasing the card.
