Size guide

It is very important that before cutting your pattern in your sewing kit or choosing the size for your knitting project in your knitting kit, you take measurements and check them with our size guide. All patterns have a size chart and you do not need to choose your size at the time of purchase.

Shipping and returns

We send your order within 1 to 3 working days in Spain and between 2 and 4 working days in the rest of the European countries. Shipping costs are free for orders over 60 euros. For orders of a lower amount, the shipping cost is 2.90 €. You can return your order as long as it has not been used and contains all the items of the kit inside. You must request the return through the online store and once approved, the amount of your kit will be refunded in the same way you made the payment for the order, once we verify the status of your order at our facilities. The return process for an order takes approximately 7 working days from the pickup date. Depending on the payment method and the bank, the timeframes for seeing the refund may vary. If it does not appear on your bank statement, we recommend that you contact your bank. Remember that if you made the purchase with a credit card, the refund may not appear on your statement until the end of the month, but it will have been added to the credit of the same. Likewise, if the payment was made through PayPal, you can check more details from their website.
