NON WASTE A scrunchie or scrunchie
A scrunchie.
Hair tie
Surely you have thought at some point about having a hair tie that matches a piece of your outfit, but it seemed impossible. Not anymore. Now we give you an option to recover a piece of that leftover fabric and bring it to life. A hair tie? A pattern with just a few simple steps, for beginners or experts, and you have it. Now you can.
Necessary materials:
- A rectangular fabric of 10 x 50 cm.
- A strip of elastic fabric about 20 cm long.
- A safety pin.
Instructions:
- Fold the rectangular fabric in half (we have a rectangle of 50 x 5 cm), joining the two printed sides. Sew along, leaving 5 cm at each end unsewn.
- Join the two ends of the hair tie and sew them.
- Through the opening you've left, pass the elastic with the help of a safety pin, be patient.
- Close the elastic with a knot.
- Close the scrunchie. Secure the opening with pins, making sure you have two small hems on the inside.
- We sew it to close it, very carefully, since it's not easy with the scrunchie wrinkled.
There you have it, it wasn't impossible!
